I help groups build systems that hold up under real use—where coordination has consequences.

Approach

Most coordination problems look interpersonal until you map them. Then you see structural causes: unclear ownership, missing states, fragile handoffs, misaligned incentives, and tools that don’t match the work.

My approach is to make the system carry the weight, so people don’t have to.

I usually start by identifying:

  • — what the group is trying to move (work, resources, decisions, money, care)
  • — what “done” actually means
  • — what states and edges exist in the real workflow
  • — where trust breaks and why
  • — what should be explicit vs left social

Then we design the minimum structure that makes the whole thing easier to operate.

Fit

I’m a good fit when you’re building something that needs to survive contact with reality: a venue, a cooperative, a civic effort, a platform with real users, a system with money and responsibility attached.

If you need pure marketing, growth loops, or “AI strategy” theater, I’m not your guy.
